As Facebook looks to develop meaningful relationships with Black creators, our goal was to ensure the We The Culture page was not just a place for shoutouts, but a space where creators can grow their audiences, educate followers on how they too can take content creation to the next level and monetize their talents and have a voice on issues that affect the creators themselves. We worked to repurpose pre-existing content and ideate how the creators can make brand new content that falls within WTC’s editorial pillars.
